There are a number of organisations in the Whanganui community that receive kai from Kai Hub, examples are Koha shed, Te Ora Hou, Fair Share Kai and Unity Food who all run community pantries open to all public to attend. Other places, like the Pasifika Learning centres, Plunket, Dominican Sisters, Probation, MIST, Creative Space and the Whanganui Learning Center who use kai to help support people in their direct area of influence.
